I tried to hire this company for 2 years to replace my driveway. They have horrible communication and never return calls or emails. I was supposed to be on the schedule last year and could not get them to commit to timing. When COVID hit they never reached out and said they were not coming. I waiting out the season and started to contact them again. Mike came out and sprayed for the call before you dig people to come out for the 2nd time. He gave me the date he would be there and then pushed the date to the Tuesday after Memorial Day. They never showed or called. I reached out and he said the guys were doing a water main break in Worcester and would be here that after noon or the next morning. I have not seen or heard from them since.
I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

In the fall of 2020, Mike, the estimator from Jolin came out to look at my driveway and followed up with a detailed estimate of the work. We contacted the office to say that we wanted to go ahead with the work in the spring/early summer of 2021. For the last three weeks I have called and emailed Jolin to ask to schedule the work, and have received no reply. If they don't want to do the work, I would have appreciated a reply. I moved on to another contractor with excellent customer reviews who gave me an estimate that's 1/3 less than Jolin's, so I will be going ahead with them.

Jolin recently replaced a sewer line for me. They did the work at a great price and even came out several times to re-level the yard after the soil settled free of charge and without me having to ask. I'll probably need my driveway repaved in the near future and will definitely be reaching out to them.

They did a phenomenal job on my parents driveway! They were extremely professional and answered all questions promptly! We highly recommend!
