I used Glickman Kovago to restore my fire damaged home. They did high quality work and did it quickly. Other construction companies were going to take about a year and Glickman Kovago did the work in less than 4 months. They were higher priced than the local competitors but for me it was worth it. My only complaints are they removed my necessary water softner which was most likely working or repairable and didnt replace it. And instead spent money on frivolous expenses like a cleaning lady and closet organizing company which were unnecessary and could have covered or at least defrayed the cost.

I was trying to buy a commercial property which was listed for sale by one of the agents of Glickman Kovago and Jacobs. Before we make an offer, my agent asked them to provide the comps as to how did they arrive at the asking price. In other words how could they justify there asking price. In response they sent us a list of comps and to my utter surprise, (a competent brokerage company like Glickman Kovago and Jacobs ) they were comparing properties sold in 2016 and 2017 to sell a property in 2019 and they are situated 4 or 5 towns away from the listed property. I had a big faith and trust on this Company but by doing this I have completely lost that faith and trust,
