        I went to Rue 21 yesterday and there was an older blonde lady there, very, very rude. I witnessed a customer walk up to her and ask a question and she was very rude to them and told them the item wasn't free and that it was 30% off in a very rude manner. I was shocked that someone so rude would work in customer service. Once the gentleman left she proceeded to say thank god and the other girl that was working sprayed down the store with some perfume because they apparently smelled so bad. I just think you guys need to be more careful with who you hire. The lady was very, very rude. She just had a very negative attitude toward everyone. I don't think I'll shop there again to be honest. Oh and I tried to get her name but she had her name tag flipped around. Maybe hire some people that have positive energy and actually wanna be there.
