        I recently went to Northworks for dinner. After having an awful experience, I tried to talk to the night manager Kelly about the experience. She was very rude and talked over me and did not allow me to speak my concerns. After this experience, I tried to talkted to the owner of the restaurant. Good luck trying to reach him, he has his phone calls screened. Once you can reach him, he cuts you off and does not even allow you to voice your concerns. Now I see where his staff where his staff gets their customer service skills.
