NEEM is a very well run, professional, clean, advanced medical grade spa.. Dr. Sandhu and her staff are very kind, attentive and the facilities are top-notch. Dr. Sandra continues to look for new innovative solutions and medical technologies in skin care. It is her passion and she really loves her patients. I had Botox done on my neck by dr Rosy and paid 600 .00 dollars she pinched my neck two times in each side after two weeks no difference, made an appointment for a touch up and she said I dont usually do the neck area so why didnt she say that to me before I paid all that money????? NOT VERY NICE!!!!!!Not to forget to mention my twin sister had Botox done with her also and her wrinkles are all there and she charged her more!!!!! I found a better place and my sister will not be going back anymore!!!Watch out no results and empty wallet!!!ITS A BIG NO NO NO!!!!!!!! Service: B-12 injections

I have visited several med spa's for various facial treatments and am the most confident in the treatment I receive at NEEM. I have seen aestheticians, nurses and of course Dr. Sandu and feel comfortable with all of the providers. Unlike other med spa's, Dr. Sandu has all of the cutting edge treatments available to her clientele and the results speak for themselves. The staff is beyond professional and confidential and the offices are up to date and welcoming. I had 3 Vivace treatments, and a round of Botox with this Spa. My results were unsatisfactory. I had not intended to get Botox with them after my poor Vivace experience, but I already had the appointment scheduled and its Botox. How wrong can you go with Botox? Well, apparently more than I had anticipated. My whole upper face was frozen and my brows were dropped. It was possibly my worst Botox experience to date, and Ive been getting botox for almost a decade. I asked her to go very light on the Botox, I explained what I wanted very clearly. Afterwards I checked out at reception, to a $840 bill. This should have been my tip off, because its the most Ive ever been billed for Botox, and it was certainly not the nicest medical spa Ive been to. Its maybe 500-700 max, but usually just a few hundred for touch ups. So this was exorbitant. And then my face was uncomfortably frozen for weeks. Painfully so. It did not look good, and it dropped my brow instead of lifting them. Im giving 2 stars because the premises was clean and well designed. Thats it. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with the staff or the procedures. Services: Microneedling, BOTOX treatments
