Woburn Medical Associates - Salem St

Was told I was dropped as a patient when I received no communication prior to this telling me I would be dropped as a patient.. I dont know how you can get away with making it so incredibly difficult for someone to come to an appointment with insane waits and crazy covid rules and restrictions and when they cant make it in for over year because of this dropping them as a patient with no warning. I truly dont understand how this is legal

I made a sick appointment for a Saturday. I arrived and was told 30 minute wait. I wait 1 and 1/2 hours for the doctor. One appointment took over an hour. The next person was talking about the personal life. A sick appointment is just that, a sick appointment. If you need an hour, go to the hospital or make an appointment that reflects youd actual concerns. If I didnt need medication, I would have walked out. I never write negative reviews, but this was ridiculous. We are all patients, of the doctor realizes you are taking advantage of the appointment they should request you make another appointment. Our time is valuable as well.

I tried Dr. Jha and it was not a good match. I found Dr. Nallari and he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He really listens to his patients. I also was admitted to the urgent care for pneumonia, I had a nurse practitioner named Carmen and she was one of the best nurse practitioners.

I have been going to Woburn Medical Associates for 19 years and find the care excellent.
