Cubby Oil

Cubby Oil has been my oil provider and servicing company for many years. Prior to that it was Knight & Harrison. Cubby has done an outstanding job. From the staff that deliver oil, the service crew and office staff they are customer focused and could not be easier to work with and are very informative when I have questions (I should add patient as well). What makes them outstanding is their response and follow up when I've had issues. I recently had an issue on a Sunday morning with my boiler that resulted in soot. Cubby sent someone out right away. Dave was able to identify the problem and make the needed adjustments. They followed up with a phone call the next day and came a few days later to perform annual maintenance. The following week I still got some soot and they sent someone out right away and he did a thorough review and really it was residual from the prior week. I cannot express my gratitude for the peace of mind knowing they are always there when I need them! I recommend Cubby Oil without hesitation!

Great service and very knowledgeable !! We have used Cubby for years and they are always helpful. They answer their phones at all times with a real person and their service is unbeatable. They are very reliable and fair and I wouldnt want to use anyone else.

top service, always there when you need help, very polite and easy to work with. their repair personal know what they are doing also, never have to worry about running out of oil
