Thanks to Wilmington Garage Doors for taking care of my doors - new hinges, rollers and openers. This guy is very helpful and responsible. Didn't try to appease me - in fact, I had to talk to her about spending more money on a bigger project.

The technician was very experienced and fixed the problem with the method of locking the door and said that there is no permanent solution and the problem will happen again. I had a lot of problems with opening this manual door. He suggested considering installing a door opener instead. Since I'm planning to sell the house it would be wise to open the door to the rest of the door in the end.

I couldn't be happier with the whole process .The arrival time, starting with the phone call including the time of arrival on time, what was expected, the evaluation and the cost, the repairs that needed to be done with excellence were perfect. The technician was absolutely the best. He was courteous and did his job with excellence. I highly recommend them.

The technician did a great job double checking and re-checking all the components of the new door and opening. He was very polite and courteous and took old doors and trash. The cost was reasonable and they gave me some discounts I would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues. I give the company a 5 star rating which I can give.
