Certified Modine Technician Kevin answered my phone call and spent 15 minutes helping me with a heater that he did not install. He was patient and knowledgeable and gave me good advice that the licensed installer did not have. If I have any other heating issues I will be calling Kevin! I would not recommend Allfaze Mechanical to anyone. Kevin spent five hours “diagnosing†the problems with our heater. After those five hours our heat stopped working completely. Kevin left us hanging without heat for days with our baby in the house and didn’t show up to the next scheduled appointment even though he knew we were without heat in the house. He then proceeded to tell my husband that we had “multiple problems†with our heater, that it would be very expensive to fix and would take an undetermined amount of time to further diagnose. At that point, with our heating not functioning and Kevin’s large invoice ( for not repairing anything) we asked a friend for a hvac referral. The contractor from a different company came out and immediately turned on the heat and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the necessary part and showed us how anyone knowledgeable about heating systems could easily and quickly identify the problem. Hence we would not recommend Allfaze Mechanical.

UPDATE: See RESPONSE below to Owner's statement. I contacted Allfaze in September 2019. The owner came out, did a walk through then asked for information no other contractor asked for. He insisted that in order to give a simple quote on a 996 sq. Ft house, he needed the measurements of every single room/window and door. I specified the type and size of furnace I wanted, I just needed to know his estimate but again, he refused without these measurements. I took the time and provided all the information to which he ignored. I followed up to ask if he got the measurements to which he ignored. No one, let me emphasize...NO ONE else asked for this ridiculous waste of time. NO ONE else even questioned my square foot or furnace size request. To be fair, its probably a brand new company that has no idea how to function, as noted by not following up with a customer but save you time. Call a professional company for estimates and installation. This is truly a company that does not have a clue in what they are doing. *I found a real HVAC contractor who asked to share what Allfaze requested. He cant stop laughing about how stupid a request it was. DON'T waste your time! RESPONSE: There was no emergency. I contacted this company in September 2019. Spent an extraordinary amount if time collecting useless data, followed up in October AND November 2019 looking for answers and only received a response after I said I was posting that they NEVER EVEN RESPONDED to me now in late January. Unless the person was in a coma or fled the country to live with pygmys deep in the Rainforest, there is zero excuse to run a company in the way that you do not follow-up with customers. He simply doesn't like being called out on his nonsense that he puts his (women) customers through.
