        Rude experience. My father took chest x rays for pneumonia at 9:30am. Now its 4:00pm and still heard nothing back and hes running a temperature you need antibiotics to fight this especially at 70yrs old. They need to get it together over there.

        Excellent in most respects. Dr. Douglas B. O'Neill is the most conscientious doctor I've ever had, and I have had a LOT of them all over the country in my 85 years. Lab and triage at the Williamstown office are great.
