        I asked Lori to replace the shades in our bedrooms because they were nearly transparent. Lori came by, took a look, and recommended an expensive shade that had a near black-out quality, so I paid her a deposit. When I returned to the Cape (Harwich Port), nothing had changed. I called Lori to say the new shades hadn't been installed yet. She said those were the new ones! Identical in looks and were still nearly transparent. I asked her to replace them with the type of light-darkening shade I'd asked for in the beginning. She said no because they were custom ordered. She didn't offer to make it right, and we were stuck paying for a very expensive version of the exact same (and very inexpensive) shade we had. A very very dishonorable person.
