Wind River Environmental - Wilbraham

I called to have my septic tank pumped. They came out and pumped an abandoned tank on my property which was obviously not my septic tank. When I called to have them come back and fix the mistake they said they would call me back and never did.

I had to have my tank pumped today due to the fact that water began to back up into the basement from a shower. I have to say that within 45 minutes Steven was here to pump the tank. STEVEN IS AMAZING!!! He always shows up with a smile on his face. He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I truly could go on and on. It can be a stressful moment when you have an issue like that and you just pray it's not something much more costly that's wrong with the system. Steven is always up front and honest and just makes you feel like you are in good hands. You know like with Allstate only instead of car insurance it's septic tanks, lol. Every time Steven has come here it has been the same great experience. I hope his manager sees this and gives him the accolades he deserves. As a supervisor myself I find that sometimes we focus too much on the negative, what went wrong instead of the 100 other things that went right that day. So please keep up the good work, you really have a stellar employee out in the field and should be proud of his work ethic, etc. you couldn't ask for a better representation of your company. Highly recommend this company. Very professional and nice to deal with. They came while I was at work and when I got home I never even realized they were there. They dug for the septic covers and replaced the topsoil nicely. I'm happy with their service.
