My property in Hyde Park, Boston, MA needs a new roof. I called the company on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 3:20 pm. Nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail message. No response. In terms of customer service, I would give a zero star. I do not know about its craftsmanship, since it shows no interest in my property in Hyde Park.

I cannot say enough about Portanova Roofing. They did my roof back in 2016 I had them back to do a shed and to put a solar vent in which works great. Alex from Portanova Roofing is outstanding anytime I call him for even the smallest thing he will come out and look And make sure everythings OK I cannot recommend them enough!!

Recently had a new roof install I could not be more pleased with the outcome the process was easy I dealt with Jim he was very helpful and accommodating not pushy presented me with nice sample books to choice from , day of the install workers were quiet very nice and polite !! The gentleman that overseen the project if I remember correctly his name was Chris was very nice and helpful l love my new roof and the color is perfect I recommend they highly I had several estimates and never had a good vibe about the sales people, and then I kept seeing Portanova roofing ads in the Shaws supermarket shopping carts and one day it just clicked and I said to myself I keep seeing their ad for a reason !! I am so happy I chose them to do my roof no hassle easy process and I absolutely love my roof !!! You will be happy too !!!

The crew that showed up did an excellent job on my roof. Prior to the job Jim from sales gave me addresses of recently completed jobs to see some roofing colors in person. This helped a lot to determine which color worked best on my house. Overall a really good experience from the quote through the clean up.
