I recently hired Proline Paint to repaint the entire exterior of our home, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. We have a wood shingle home that has had on and off maintenance and really needed some love here and there. Their speed, attention to detail, and the dedication of their hardworking team, lead by Marcos, made the entire experience an absolute delight. From the moment I contacted Mike at Proline, their professionalism was evident. He responded promptly to my inquiry and quickly scheduled an appointment for a free estimate and once we decided to move forward with them, we received a digital invoice. I personally appreciated the convenience and tech savviness of this team. Once the project began, I was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the team worked. They wasted no time in preparing the surfaces, ensuring that everything was properly scraped and primed and ready for finish. We were traveling in SF when they started the project but felt comfortable for them to start the work. We were happy with the progress they made upon our return and their team put in a 12 hour day to make sure that the work was mostly done by a party we were having the following weekend. Mike quoted that they needed 10 working days to finish the work and they took 7 days, including a day dedicated to carpentry. What truly impressed me was the great attention to detail by the team on the ground, led by Marcos. It was evident that they took immense pride in their work. They respected my home and always maintained a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, this team was super empathetic and spared a nest of baby sparrows and volunteered to come back and put on protective netting after the birds have fledged. I wholeheartedly recommend Proline Paint to anyone looking to get their home repainted. Their value, speed, attention to detail, and the hardworking employees set them apart from the competition.
