Unfortunately, I cannot recommend orthodontist. The doctor does not take the time to come out and talk to the parents. You have to ask for him to actually come tell you whats going on. The answer is always their on track. On track to me means youre gonna complete the timeframe you told us. When the patient is 6 to 10 months after you told them they'd be done, thats not on track. Additionally, youre told you have to wear elastics for six weeks and next thing you know your child is still wearing them 4 months later with zero discussion from provider. My daughter even tells me she doesnt see the doctor half the time. Parents are not allowed in the back, so your completely out if the loop. When I talk to other parents that have kids at other practices, the kids always see the orthodontist and the parents always get an update every time. The office is constantly canceling appointments for months and months and theres nothing you can do. I understand the Orthodontist is having some personal issues, but it going on for a very long time theres no solution for patients. When youre already locked in because you paid everything already, you dont have a choice to change providers unless you want to re-pay for everything. The office should be actively trying to move these patients to other offices, and giving money back. I just want new patients to be aware before signing on.

Had no idea why my son was referred. Wasnt prepared for my sons visit. Was only focused on putting braces on. Was referred for panoramic X-ray to look at an extra tooth coming in. Had consult visit virtually to review X-ray and cost of braces. $320 for x rays. No communication was sent to my dentist. I was not impressed and will never go back!

Greatest Orthodontist on the South shore ! Great practice & super friendly staff! Dr. Buechel has made our experience with braces so amazing, my children and I truly love this office !!
