        My Wi-Fi cuts out constantly. After the city workers were cutting a branch near my house and pulled the wires off, a tech came out to fix it. He wanted to come in the house to really fix it. It got worse. After months, then weeks of spotty Wi-Fi, when my landline also wont work, I called the 800 number. After 2 long phone calls the tech in the phone insisted she change the name and password. Now everything has to be changed. My Wi-Fi is still not better, it still goes out for no reason multiple times a day. I work from home and it is causing me problems there too. This is totally unacceptable. I do not pay my bills only intermittently! I shouldnt be getting g a very expensive service only intermittently. I would switch providers if I could but Comcast has a monopoly on my city. We need another service. Competition may drive better service. Disgraceful.

        The fact that Xfinity will not offer me a high speed internet plan without cable and internet is out of date and an unethical business practice. I am paying for cable I do not use or want and Xfinity is not giving me a way out.
