So disappointed in the women older lady with a blonde ponytail who brings back the patients to be seen by the doctor. My group found her rude, cold and very argumentative. She embarrassed a member of our group and seemed to take pride in being a trouble maker and causing angst. She definitely needs a class in dealing with the public and her social skills have much to be desired.

I suffered with my wound for a year. It was excruciatingly painful and nothing my doctor tried would heal it. He finally sent me to the wound center. They are miracle workers! They were compassionate on my first visit when I was in a lot of pain. After that my pain level dropped due to their care. They assigned visiting nurses to come to my home and wrap my bandages and the nurses were wonderful, too. Dr Fatoom and his staff of medical workers are top-notch. My wound is completely healed and I am pain-free. The receptionists are also great. I had an insurance change and they had the new insurance info before I did. The building is equipped with automatic doors for us handicapped people and bathrooms are accessible. I am so grateful for these professionals; they truly did a fantastic job.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO DR. BAER for wound care. My mom who was healthy, saw him to treat a small wound on her right foot, however Dr. Baer DUG A HOLE into her left toe. The wound was so deep and what her new doctors in Bostons Brigham Hospital saw was completely unnecessary and done incorrectly. His carelessness led to a massive infection to spread into her bone And her foot now needs to be amputated!! DO NOT GO TO DR BAER!! Go to Brigham and Womens hospital wound center!
