AT&T Store

They sold me a phone in March after telling me I did not have insurance. I found out 3 months later that I had phone insurance and tried to get a refund from ATT or the phone store or Assurion Ins. and they all just give you the run around speech. I think store manager was trying to pad his numbers? I just found out that ATT sold off their 2000 stores to Prime Com. in April and are independently operated. ATT has made a huge mistake by doing this: Prime communications Customer service is awful

I needed an international use phone due to my move from the us. The manager was very knowledgeable of the options and worked with me to understand and pick the right one. Another customer was ahead of me, and as I waited, he acknowledged me, but stayed focused on that customer. Some of the best service skills displayed in a world where it often seems lost. I am very glad I picked this location , and highly recommend to anyone interested in a phone.
