I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Scott from Elemental Heating & Cooling for some much needed maintenance & repair work & I cant say enough positive things about the experience.
From the moment I reached out for a quote, their communication was prompt & professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns & thoroughly explain the issues with my HVAC system, outlining the necessary steps to rectify them in a clear manner.
When it came to the actual service, Scott displayed an exceptional level of expertise. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time & worked efficiently to diagnose & fix the problems with my system. Everything was working perfectly before Scott left.
Not only did Scott complete the repairs with skill & precision, but he took the time to provide me with helpful tips on how to maintain my system to prevent further issues.

We called Scott on a Sunday afternoon when our heat went out, he was at our house within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back first thing the next morning with the part and had our heat working within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
