I called to ask for some information for a range in how much stump removal typically costs, and the woman I spoke to seemed annoyed at my question, telling me, "That's not my department". I asked if there is a way to find out? I stated this a service I'm interested in having done. She told me then, "Oh we're booked out 4 months." I can't speak to what the quality of their work is, because apparently they don't want my business.

After a tree fell on our house after a crazy storm, I called great tree service early the next morning and expected to just leave a message but to my surprise, they answered! And despite all the other homes they had to service from that storm, they came out almost immediately that morning and took it off our house! Nick and his team came out after the recent tropical storm. The team was fantastic. The team worked fast. They were professional. The customer service team was pleasant to work with when scheduling. Nick really cares about his customers. Great quality service. Thank you, I highly recommend this tree service.
