Trinity health of New England is okay in general but the only reason I started going back to Westfield again is for the doctor I like her for my children but the receptionist they really disrespectful I called and the lady hanged up in my face because she didn't understand what I was saying and I will confront them I'm definitely not the one to get stupid with

If I could give zero stars I would. Patient care is poor at best. Had a PA Lauren out of Chicopee that was the most condescending, argumentative supposed medical professional I have ever delt with. Chastised me for having to spend 45 minutes of "her" time on my case. Every doctor that is worthwhile leaves this place. You can talk to numerous people within the same day about the same medical issue and each one has no idea what the other is doing.

Horrible. Waited on hold for more than 25 minutes. Appointments are impossible, staff is rude. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with others who have said that service is poor at Trinity Health of New England, Westfield. It is September and I am still trying to get them to contact their billing service to remove a $400 copay for a covid-19 test done at their dedicated covid-19 site on 12/23/20. Getting through to anyone on the phone usually takes about 20-25 minutes and when you do they are rude. I love my doctor (I started seeing her when the practice was part of Riverbend Medical Group) but I am in the process of switching because of the chaos in the office at Trinity. Now I can't get them to send my records to my new provider. I've called and emailed. The new provider has called and emailed. It would be comical if it wasn't so sad and kind of scary.
