        The best place I have ever worked at! The staff is so amazing, caring, and friendly. The clients are wonderful and the company cares so deeply about their team. If your looking to get amazing at home care services definitely sign up with right at home, and if your looking for a job/career where the management really cares about you definitely apply! Im moving to a different state but I will miss this place so much! 10/10!!

        Right at Home is providing excellent staff for our home care needs. We find the caregivers to be very caring, competent and compassionate in their dealings with our loved one. In addition the main office is extremely responsive to our requests and needs. I highly recommend this agency.

        This place is horrible to work they don't care about their staff nor do they care about the client. I worked for this company and I went into work on a fri night to find out the client was very ill, they even took him to the doc but never informed me they didn't even have him covid tested and didn't tell me anything about it this client was ill for a few days. I spoke with other staff who resigned from the co for similar situations. I told them I was uncomfortable being there and they basically told me I could not leave if I did it would be abandonment of elder person. I highly recommend looking for another co to work for

        The folks at Right at Home are very effective at their jobs in their responsibilities as Caregivers for the elderly. They are thorough, on time, and are willing to be flexible with the changing schedules of an elderly person and their families. We deeply appreciate their services as we live out of state and it's very difficult to care for our parent without a lot of physical and medical help from the folks at right at home!       At Right at Home, we are very particular and proactive about communication and accountability in our service model as well as our employee engagement. As a 14 year in homecare provider, it is our responsibility to protect our elders as well as our employees. The very nature of what we do can often not be predicted (wouldn't life be nice if we could?). We count very heavily on our employees in the field who are directly responsible for care to communicate in a timely manner. We have a 24 x 7 x 365 communication protocol in place for this reason. We are very proud of our track record as it relates to COVID response. There is not second guessing on infection control.
