Wow. Not sure how I found this place but thank god I did. I was starting a small business and needed a logo and shirt for business meetings. I couldn't be happier with the design that was created. Customer service I received was excellent. While in the store I was so blown away at the unique personalized items they sell I have purchased items for a wedding, birthday presents, Mother's Day, Father's Day and even for my sons end of school teachers gift. It's been 6 months since I have given the birthday gift and it is still all they talk about. If you need a gift for a person with everything or just want a gift that will leave an impression try Cre8. They have my business 4 life.

Having done business with Cre8 on three occasions I can solidly recommend against using their services or even walking in the door. This is a local business and although it's easy enough to use a remote or online vendor, I figured we'd keep our company's purchases close to home. Unfortunately, the business is run poorly and the output is marginal at best. When the owner is not in the shop the employees cannot answer questions about pricing or capabilities of the machines. Even with the owner in the shop the employees are ill informed. On the most recent visit someone told me that a device I brought in could not be etched right in front of the owner, who then said it could be done.I was told that my piece would be ready the next day but I never received a call or email, as promised. A email arrived late , the etching was weak and when I said I wasn't crazy about how it looked the owner said, "well I think it looks good."Our prior experience was with a much larger order and the quality was poor and the process was painful. Our business partner (a large bank) also commented to us how unprofessional the business was and recommended never using them again...even before viewing the work, which they (and we) considered sub-par. Lastly, I know two other people in our community that have had negative experiences with either work done by Cre8 or with some aspect of the people or process.

This place is absolutely awesome! You can make practically any kind of design you want for a very reasonable price! The gals who work here are awesome and helped me make exactly what I wanted! They have excellent artistic vision here even if you're coming in and kinda stumped on what you want to make! Great variety of items to choose to have your design on! Definitely worth it to come here!

At first i saw a great looking site and decent reviews so i thought if i wanted to get a sweatshirt of my favorite rapper with custom logos then i would go here.  To get a black sweatshirt i was told i had to wait two weeks and custom order it so i settled for a white one and inverting the logos from white to black.  Then i was told the logos were to complex (which was a lie, they were quite basic, a few shapes and three words for the a patch on the sleeve) so i would have to get a much lower quality of the image.  Next the lady pressed the a square portrait on the front of the sweatshirt and she manages to get it off centered by two inches and i ended up over paying for a crappy looking sweat shirt which i didn't notice until i put in on for a day and had every single person tell me it was off centered and looked silly to just plain crappy because of it.  I would never shop here again and i was very disappointed by the product and would warn any one who is thinking of dropping up to 50 dollars of a custom sweatshirt and maybe a mug that you will not be satisfied.

Went in here on a Thursday looking for something for my kids to collect sand in for our trip to Florida. Spoke to the manager about some options. The item I selected was the last one on the shelf. I need three of them. Woman said she would order some. Said i would be back in the following Monday or Tuesday. Went back on Tuesday, woman was not there and the single item was still on the shelf. Spoke to another associate. She did not believe there were any more in back waiting for me. Said the manager stepped out and would return shortly. Left my name and cell phone number. No call. Customer service does not appear to be a high priority or they do not cater to the individual male customer. Perhaps you need to come in prepared to have a wine and cheese party for their support, not sure. Either way,. seems like a promising concept too bad I do not fit their demographic.Disappointed
