Had a survey done and hubs set. Was charged more then originally agreed on and some of the work wasnt completed as agreed on. Sent an email to explain what wasnt done and for owner to make it right. Owner came back with a rude email and hasnt made it right with me

My husband and I were concerned with the measurements and how Rob figured his measurements. When I took him around the yard with our concerns, he couldn't explain why it was not matching our property plot map. He did no research on our property and had no clue that the pins between our yard and neighbors yard was never confirmed, being that it once was one property. When I pointed out that the water valve was on our property, he walked away without any remark. I guess he thought he was better than me, being a woman, and would not answer my questions, just walked off with no explanation. My husband and I have not heard from him since after asking him to pull the property map he made, and to make corrections like putting the water valve on survey plat map that we hired him to do. Very unprofessional. Would not suggest dealing with this inhumane behavior.

Very professional! I am very pleased with their work. They came to my property and did a fantastic job. All the property markers were in and the paperwork you get after is very detail and clear to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone and trust me you will not be disappointed. Their price for the job was the most reasonable one compared to other local companies. I am a super happy customer!

Great surveyor. Fantastic customer service. Robert, the owner, is very professional and very fair in price as well! I have used him for several projects and he always delivers. If you are in the market for a reliable fair land surveyor, give him a call!
