        I have been trying for three weeks to order a portable CPAP machine. First J&L lost the referral from the doctor. Then I called and was told someone would get back to me. Then I had the referral sent again. I have called three more times and no one has ever gotten back to me. Were talking about a $600+ machine that I am going to pay for out of pocket. One would think they would want my money, particularly since I have had a regular CPAP machine for 2 years now.

        If I could give no stars I would. This is the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. If you have a choice, use ANY other supplier. Save yourself the headache.

        If you need CPAP equipment DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. From my first appointment there was literally no communication. I had to figure out everything on my own. I was never fitted properly for a mask and I never received supplies when I needed them. If you have questions and need to call in, they use some sort of generic answering service and it could take hours for someone to get back to you. I finally decided to change companies. When I went to drop off my machine, the receptionist looked at me and walked away. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. There are plenty of other companies out there to use.

        Stay away from J&L Medical Services. Customer service and billing practices are horrible. I have spent 5 month trying to resolve a billing issue caused by them and they wanted to bill me for the insurance companies portion also. Buyer beware.
