Professional Medical Services

Very unprofessional. They call making excuses for HHA not going to show up pull no shows, say they are on their way, liars. Out of the 14 x they were supposed to help me only acctually showed up 5 x.

I have been with Professional Medical Services, Inc. for 18 years. I love my job! I coordinate all the Home Health Aides, who provide homecare services to our consumers in the community. In addition, the owners are excellent to work for.

In twenty years of working in the medical field I never encountered such an unpleasant person doing the interview. We had discussed what I needed for documents (mostly to enable me to receive the elevated wage of $15/hr) and I explained what I would have to do to provide them. I went in merely to get the process started and was chided SEVERAL TIMES by this woman DENISE about how little I had for her. She also remarked with substantial disdain about my out of state license. I have applied for jobs requiring driving and it was never a big deal. She sat there and tapped her fingers and sighed while I filled out forms. The icing on the cake was hearing her talk to an employee in a very rude, scathing manner. I honestly couldnt imagine myself working for her or an agency that would allow her to work anywhere near people. I left the interview. Its something that I never imagined myself doing EVER in this lifetime. The woman was that intolerable. I called corporate to complain about her and the line for Kent, the person who handles Complaints, rang and rang and picked up briefly only to go back to ringing. I left a message and my number and have yet to hear back. I guess they simply avoid their problems. Not a good business in my opinion.
