Hired to replace a concrete floor, took their time and seemed to know what they were doing initially. They made a mess as they went but figured they would clean up in the end? Only some of the dust. Upon closer inspection we ended up with a sloppy floor and never heard back from them for a checkup after they received final payment and were done collecting their supplies. Very weird, will never use them again and suggest to look elsewhere unless quality is not a concern.

Hired Ken and paid him a significant deposit one year ago. He never came to do the work blaming Covid. I asked for my deposit back and it took a long time for him to respond then he only gave me half. I filed in small claims court to get the rest and am still waiting. DO NOT hire this person. He is irresponsible and is lacking in integrity. I wouldn't have even given him one star but had to in order to post this Services: General repairs & maintenance, Concrete sidewalk building

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!He started a job for us and never came back , had a punch list of 7-8 items and DIDNT COMPLETE ONE!Took elder female sister that lives on social security for 6300.00Was supposed to clean and paint cellar and take stuff to dump.Instead he threw everything into a crawl space under porch and cinder blocked it up so we couldn't see inside.Ended up taking a sledge hammer to wall and found all the stuff crammed in it..Also claims to have business insurance but doesn't!Unlicensed contractor too.Would show up at random times (11ish) and be gone by 230-3.Bailed on the job.Left me a mess to clean up. Took block out of hatchway and removed stairs , now it's a 5 foot fall into basement, repointed exterior foundation and left job undone..Still have an area unfinished and never repainted foundation or grade dirt away from foundation. On second dumpster now.Filed complaint with BBB and Atty General consumer fraud division! I urge people to go to Google reviews , Yelp , Angie's list, and BBB .. I wish we did.Becomes argumentative. Punched one former customer who filed report with W.S.P.D.Everday it was something! Didn't feel I could trust him to be in the home when no one was home..Should of went with my gut feelings the day I met him..

HORRIBLE!!!NIGHTMARE!!!. Hired this man to do epoxy garage floor. Never there when he said he would be, consistently late and always an excuse. Left our house one day, we didn't know if he was at lunch or coming back. He said through text he would be back in the morning. Well, he must have forgot he texted my wife earlier, and FaceTimed her later that day with no shirt on! Why the FaceTime? My wife was disgusted. He then proceeded to apply what he said was final coat. This final coat dried on one side, not the other. Two days later, Villemaire says it was "faulty hardening agent" on that side. He proceeded to scrape up that side( epoxy is like glue), he said he would resurface the whole floor, including the dry side, and it would all match "perfectly ". That night before Final payment was due, I checked the floor, the sides did not/do not match. I notified him via text I was not happy, and we should discuss this. Villemaire's response was " you better have my money, I'm tired of your bull$&it", I want my money ".. I will picket outside your house, you better change your mind quickly ". Perceiving this as threatening I filed a police report. Next day, unapologetic, rude, uncaring, saying "I didn't make any money on this job at all". Called me a "bad customer ". Villemaire further stated he was offended I didn't ask how his eye was doing(as him having to go to doctor for pink eye was one of the many excuses for not showing/being late). I would suggest for those that see this to NOT HIRE KEN VILLEMAIRE for ANY work . Villemaire is totally unprofessional, threatening, rude, and a terrible business person...ZERO STARS!!!
