We kept our boat at this facility for four years, And was quoted a price of $500 to replace our non-function gas gauge. After being told twice it was repaired, and for additional charges, we were assured it was finally repaired, and all in it took three years and over $1000 to repair a fuel gauge. We also commissioned them to repair some damaged gelcoat, and also to refinish our teak. It seems like each time we went to use the boat we would find our mooring cover torn, scratches along the paint, stains left from winterizing, and after deciding to remove it to take back to New York and its home on the Hudson river, we noticed three scratches with a three different shades of paint to try to hide them. We were instructed to return the boat to the marina because they are sure it is not paint. The boat is back in New York and I am not taking it to the Bass River Marina ever again.

I recently purchased a boat from Bass River Marina. Troy the salesman was professional, not pushy, and very well versed in the boat he was selling. Ive been to car dealers where the salesman knew less about the vehicle that I did. Troy, however, saw to it that the boat was clean and ready for delivery and gave a thorough tutorial of the boats systems and etc. The marina itself is in a great spot on the River, with a cool bar and great crew on the forklift and service department.
