Wonderful place to stay. Good location. Beautifully decorated rooms. Fabulous breakfast selection. We revisited High Pointe Inn in May 2018. We experienced the same friendly service. Each night you can have an after dinner self serve aperitif located in in the parlor. (Sherry or Port Wine). Debbie has a full stock of Hersey kisses in the entry hall. You can even take your drink back to your room. They offer 24 hour self serve coffee or tea. Location is in West Barnstable. The B and B is situated in quiet in a beautiful garden setting. Unfortunately during our stay the air condition went out. But the weather was perfect to open the patio screen door and windows in the Sand Dollar Suite to keep us comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with toiletries and nice makeup mirror, double sink, our warm had a cozy fireplace which we used the last night of our stay. There was a large walk in closet which offered a small refrigerator stocked with bottled weather. They also had bath robes, beach bag, beach chairs, and beach towels to use during our stay. The bedroom offered a terrace with lounge chairs. They had a bird feeder where we observed many beautiful birds from our attached private porch in a beautiful garden setting. The breakfasts were delicious. Hope you will try their French roast. It was delicious. I highly recommend a stay here when visiting the cape. The only suggestion I have is that you might want to bring a small bottle of hair conditioner. As it is not included in the bath toiletries. On our last morning the owners provided us a cup of coffee to go for the road. We look forward to a return visit.
