We have been coming here as a family for about 5 years. They are wonderful and caring. My kids have tangled hair and they are so gentle. Has been a godsend to find them!

Privi is a fabulous salon. I have been coming here since they opened. Robin Carman is an exceptional colorist. Faith I have been coming to her for over 20 years as have many of her clients. Karen, the owner, has selected a great team!

Booked an appointment with Tara 3 weeks ahead using online booking system (see photos). Got an email confirmation a few days before that my appointment is now at 3pm vs. the 4pm I booked online. Got a call back from the salon offering no flexibility since I could only come in at 3:30 due to work call. The lady than proceeded to say that Tara can let me go without the blow dry as she has to leave at 5pm sharp. I am first time client driving up from Boston based on reviews, what kind of service is this? I also talked to someone who has been to the salon, price you get quoted is not the price you pay. Avoid!
