        They have the worst process for scheduling ever.

        Slow and inefficient process. Long line, even if registered online still have to fill in the paper form. The technicians don't go in the nostril far.

        For COVID testing @ Brockton site, they direct you to their website to set up an account, verify via email, schedule and appointment, and then you find out when you arrive they don't do appointments. It's walk in only. They're aware of the problem with the website.

        irresponsible company, I scheduled the appointment, I missed my job to get there in Brockton, the site was closed, what is the appointment for? I wasted time and money. shame
