    I Totally disagree with the people who rated this place with only 1 star. These mechanical blinds are so ez to open,Who cares about the pRiCe??? ITS AMAZING!

    I went to Bloom Windows last fall (2020) based on the positive reviews I read online at the time. I ordered two large shutters for my home and apparently they were measured wrong by the representative of the company who came to my home to take the order, as when they were installed neither fit! They make you pre-pay, I have called and email countless times for the last five months as they said they were ordering new ones and I have still have heard nothing. I have had such a bad experience and I have paid $2k for shutters that do not fit. Horrible place with no customer service, either they yes you to death or do not answer the phone.

    Great experience. Matt the owner was super helpful and easy to work with and recommended great materials for the different rooms. Installation was done fast, on-time, and all setup was done quickly as well. It was my first time buying blinds for a house.... very happy with the result and it was much less stressful than it could have been. We researched other places but they did not have as good customer service.

    Be warned! We had a really bad experience at this place. If you already know exactly what you want, it might be bearable. In any other situation, the customer service of this place is terrible. First time buyers are highly discouraged, so much so that I think they should have a board stating this outside their shop. The staff member Scott Bruce spent about forty minutes with us, to help us out with the shades that we needed for our house. We are new to buying shades, so we were completely lost and wanted to make an informed decision before deciding to spend a couple of thousand dollars. However, during this time, Scott was constantly impatient and his frustration didn’t help either. At some point, probably disappointed that we were only spending a couple of thousand dollars, he said, “In my many years of selling window shades, I have never sold this product”. We still tried to give him a chance thinking that we were misreading the salesman, but when we asked for the invoice, Scott started complaining about how he had spent hours with us and had sent us quote after quote. We did ask for quotes 2 other times, one of them was because Scott had made an error. When we explained that we wanted to know details about where our money was going, he decided to hang up and not send the invoice until another week. This highly unprofessional and rude behavior from a salesman got worse when he claimed even the owner of the shop thought we were taking too long and that he was rolling his eyes while we were still at the shop. The final straw was when Scott decided to call us after a week and when we explained we were not going to buy anything from their store, we were offered a 3% discount! We were always reminded that our budget was too low, and that we were taking too long to decide and were treated like our time was somehow not as valuable. I can’t imagine what the service must be like for maintenance!
