I appreciated how quickly I was able to have a tire replaced. I made the appointment online and got an email asking for more information on the tire. I called that in the next morning and the tire was sent over from the warehouse for replacement in the afternoon. Service was prompt and courteous. Nice waiting area with wifi and coffee. And employee owned - I really support that model!

I have used Sullivan Tire Watertown before without problems, but on my most recent service (new tires, alignment, brake service, and battery) they returned the vehicle to me with a bent steering bar, refused to repair the damage, and refuse to reimburse me for the $1500 it cost to repair at another shop. I'm sure they'll respond here stating that their claims department reviewed the case thoroughly and found they were not at fault. It's my word against theirs, and they hide behind their insurance adjuster, offering no customer service support when there is a problem. Beware - you might be fine, but if there is an issue, don't expect much from Sullivan Tire.

My 2nd time at the Watertown location. Bought 4 new tires a few months ago and had such a pleasant experience that I can back for an oil change and brakes. No one tried to upsell and total cost came in under the estimate. Everyone Ive interacted with at this location has been extremely pleasant, even when you can tell theyre very busy. Never felt rushed or disregarded. Will continue to come back for auto service and recommend to my friends & family.

Do not come here if you are a woman, they will lie to you about the state of your car! I came here today to have my valve stem replaced as it was leaking. Within 30 minutes of showing up, a mechanic tried to claim that all four of my tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. I thought this was strange given that I had just replaced my tires in the past year and drive daily. I said this didnt make sense and he continued to stress I should replace all four tires and I had no other option. I told him I was going to get a second opinion at another facility before I committed to getting them replaced.
The next mechanic I went to laughed after looking at my tires and informed me that the previous person had likely lied to me because he believed I wouldnt understand what he was talking about and would get them replaced without questioning. Ive gotten tires here before, but will not return after this experience.
