Clay and his team are incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about tile installation and repair. They fixed caulking and repaired grout in our bathrooms and helped us mount a TV by drilling holes through tile in our living room. Clay went above and beyond in helping us track a leak in our shower, he was easy to communicate with, and the work itself was very skillfully completed. I highly recommend Act One. Moved into a house with marble counters that had been etched quite badly and overall just not well cared for. I found Act One and Clay was very responsive first by phone and gave me a lot of information regarding the work they do to restore stone. He also was very responsive via email as I elected to also do Stoneguard work after the honing and had to time the work in tandem. Clay was prompt and professional. He spent time prepping and took care of the fixtures and my floors and cabinets. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Act One. Service: Countertops

Act One refurbished the grout in our shower stall and they did a fantastic job. We worked with Clay. He was very professional and responsive. I had a lot of questions and he was more than accommodating and patient in providing all of the answers. He explained how it worked and even provided pictures of other jobs to illustrate. His crew was on time and very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and the shower looks fantastic. There were absolutely no surprises. I definitely recommend these guys. I reached out to Clay for some repair/replacement of my moldy and damaged tile in my shower. He was quick to respond and was on site within a week. Despite being obviously busy with some other jobs, he completed our job on time and to the highest quality AND was kind enough to educate me (when asked) on some of the finer points to grout repair. I appreciated his service and enjoyed his company. There's a reason why his services are in demand and I strongly recommend Clay for all your grout needs!
