We had been using Akian for a couple of years for our annual HVAC and plumbing needs and we recently had them install a new dishwasher and the experience has been AWFUL. The first day after the dishwasher was installed it leaked everywhere, massively warping the wood under my sink, spilling food everywhere. I had them come back out, they said looks fine and left. I even showed them a video of the flooding. Ever since then it has been barely functioning, constantly floods, and trips the electric (seemingly because some leak is causing a trip). They came out again and AGAIN evaluated it for about 5 minutes and then did nothing. When they came back out it had again tripped and the plumber even said that it's probably tripping because of water (!!), and didn't do anything to fix it. I spent almost $2k on a dishwasher that causes me so many issues every single day. We are now paying a different company to come out and fix the problem and hopefully we will move all of our annual business over to them. Horrible.
