Literally the worst Insurance to have they just stole 163 dollars from me with no explanation. Make sure you keep track of your money cause this is the greediest health insurance company I've ever seen.

Almost impossible to "Navigate". Trying to find out which docs will accept their insurance? Good luck with their labyrinthine search tool that has either wrong, incomplete, or out of date info. Different contracts with same docs at multiple different hospitals. Nightmare. Need to pour through dozens of pages of legalese fine print to figure out whether your procedure might be covered.

The staff is toxic. Most employees seem to uphold immaturity & I was being closely observed by other employees that reported to the manager and other staff. The manager at the time period was cowardice and seemed deceiving and dishonest. I had my contract cut short with no formal reasoning or evaluation process to even understand, but learned to be mature and keep my composure. The environment was toxic & as far as employment I would advise to be careful with trusting anyone other than focusing on work related topics. Though I am not perfect as I am human, be careful not to entertain gossip or malice intentions for negative outcomes. I hope this review serves everyone and this review encourages others to self reflect, uphold integrity, and be able to focus on themselves and bestow respect for employees, effective communication, and focusing on their own growth for improvement for the betterment of all.

They’re denying mental health services to my dad which is in desperate need of them . They’re trying to charge $500 just to see a therapist and to top it off they pay only 20% of my dads heart failure medication. There’s nothing more to say then to just STAY AWAY FROM TUFTS Update: So now on top of all those issues his heart medication suddenly went up again in out of pocket price leading to hospitalization. I’d personally feel at peace knowing no one else has to go through this with their family members with this insurance company PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
