Watertown Mews

Not a bad place to live location wise. Its decent quality buildings. If you are looking to move here, be aware there is a lot of very loud lawn maintenance before 9am on weekend regularly and sometimes during the weekdays and they do not give any notice to residents for loud construction including floor replacement during the days.

Operations is so responsive. Romeo is great and always ready with a fix ! Its such a nice benefit to not ever have to worry about a home repair.

If theres a cooler apartment complex within 6 miles of Boston please let me know! Great staff, first rate amenities, quiet, no mice or rats, plenty of parkinghighly recommend life at The Watertown Mews!!

Despite a year of supply chain hiccups, turnovers, and management relocation, Id give Bozzuto at Mews a 4 overall for the 3 years Ive been here. Property managers and maintenance staff seems to be experiencing turnovers or relocations within Bozzuto, so maintenance has been slow (supply chain issues helped). They used to be a full 5, but last year things were slow (Id give them a 3 only because the property managers were all great or else itd be a 1-2). Shoutout to Ed and Wayne. I hope Bozzuto get things figured out on this end. But this review is for maintenance services. When they do come, theyve always been very professional and get the job done quickly. 5 stars today to Romeo, Dan and Shocka all did an amazing job servicing many things today. Theyre all really understanding anf easy to communicate with. I hope Bozzuto retains its maintenance staff at the Mewstheyve been excellent. I hope they find people who will work here longer termthe changes have been causing lots of delays.
