        Everyone is very nice and willing to help. Good communication also between myself and what was going on. Matthew Crocker was always letting me know what was going on. All the service adv. were very nice . The waiting are was comfortable and clean. Great place to get your car serviced.

        Horrible service. My GMC truck broke down in the area. They refused to service it because I didnt buy the truck from them. I let the manager know that it is a GMC and I have an extended warranty on it. He told me to bring it back where I bought it from. I will also be contacting GMC and reporting them to corporate!!!

        After purchasing 2 trucks from Robertson's and referring family I will never return again. Multiple issues with my NEW truck under warranty and the horrible service Dept. They fixed my vehicle before the insurance adjuster arrived and claimed I gave them verbal consent to fix the vehicle. Then after picking up my truck and experiencing the same issue they refused to fix it. The service manager Andy Stevenson is terrible to work with and wont even speak with the GM corporate advisor on my behalf. Once going into the dealer to figure out what was going on, the HORRIBLE sales manager Jim Timilty was nothing but rude and unprofessional towards me on the sales floor. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place used to be great, however under the new management I will never return again.
