I waited a year to write this review because it was such a negative and emotional experience and I wanted to be sure that my comments were not clouded by anger. Dorrinda Okeefe-Shea our realtor I felt was working for the buyer more than the seller. Being an out of state owner I relied on her expertise and was disappointed time and time again. I felt she did the least possible work to make the sale including not checking the property which was vacant, or even putting up a For Sale Sign, something that one would think is a bare minimum of what your realtor is being paid to do!
