        Good service with my drop off, was allowed to drop the trailer early then the truck later.

        We were quoted 548.00 with unlimited mileage for a three day corporate rental. Received an invoice for 1260.00 . charging us 200.00 per day plus mileage. Noone has record of my quote, and uless we could prove the name of the rental agent they will not honor the quote. 13 Years in Business i have NEVER been so ripped off. Do NOT rent from Penske unless you get a signed agreement up front . SCAMMED for Sure.
