Never returned my security deposit. Have tried to contact multiple times over the years to get my deposit back as I moved across the country. Now I have to go through the court system to get my deposit back. Had to break my lease early due to the terrible conditions of the apartment and lack of repairs from the company.

We had floods, mold, and missing tiles for over a year. We were in a constant battle for safe living conditions. We finally just moved.  Steer clear of any property managed by this "company." They lied about the conditions to the people who moved in after us, and are also now constantly dealing with water.

I live in an apartment ru by this organization. They're literally the worst business, in that we didn't get our front door keys until a month after move in day (9/1/17) and mailbox keys a week or two after that. The laundry machines in my building do not work, and they claim they aren't broken. They do not respond to calls until 12 hours later in my experience and they hardly offer any help when and if they do call. Do not go through here for an apartment. Also, preview roperties showed us this location, so be wary of them as well.
