Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Staff are rude, unprofessional, and do not care about patients. I had my prescription sent here and they refused to fill it because they needed an oral authorization in addition to two e-prescriptions?? Save your time and sanity with this place.

This place is inconsistent and you have to keep calling and nagging for them to do basic things like refills and even to pay them. Ill be on the lookout for a new place if I ever get my latest delivery. 3 stars because theyre not a chain and close by but thats about it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.been going to watch city since it opened and have never had a problem until I ran into Thu!no customer service skills whatsoever!! Talking over me ( the customer) and ignoring my questions. Very unprofessional on a few different visits. Asked for a couple of pills that I have been on for years while waiting for insurance to clear and she refused me saying they are too expensive!! I have never had this happen at any other pharmacy!!  eileen and others always so helpful. she also requested I put my mask on because it was mandated, so I did. I ran to my car to grab payment and came back to her wearing No mask and her response was that she was eating lunch! She should not be eating lunch in front of customers!!terrible, terrible service!! Stay far away from this place !!BRING BACK ZANY!!! Place has not been the same !!get rid of Thu or you WILL lose business!!having all our scripts moved out ASAP!!we will let others know as well!

When this pharmacy first opened the service, Tech, and Pharmacist were all outstanding.  Now with new employee's and a new pharmacist the customer  service has gone downhill.  The gentleman thats the new pharmacist is incompetent at best.
