I highly recommend New England Monuments for cemetery monuments and markers. Dennis is extremely professional, knowledgable, and caring. He has gone above and beyond to make sure our family monument and our loved one's marker are maintained properly after some mishaps.

I would like to thank Dennis for completing a tombstone engraving at Watertown's Ridgelawn Cemetery. I called four places looking for the service - two did not respond at all, one place (the local place where the original stone was bought some 20 years ago) promised to respond on two different occasions and never did. Dennis and Stephanie from New England Monuments responded within a day, set up an appointment to have me stop by, clearly defined the scope and explained how the work would be done, gave a good price and completed in the time promised at the beginning. Pleasure to deal with! If you end up in the unfortunate situation where you need this sort of service then I'd reach out to this company for sure. Best of luck in everything to them!

Absolutely blown away by this company. I was able to call and speak directly to Dennis and he asked to text or email a picture of the grave I'd like to be cleaned and he'd be able to give me a quote based on that. Super convenient! He stayed true to the quote post cleaning (and it was super affordable) and was very communicative. He even sent me pictures post cleaning since I was out of state. It looked wonderful. My last visit to the grave was 3 months post cleaning and it was STUNNING. You'd think it was a brand new headstone!! I also LOVE that the cleaning products he used were all natural/organic so I knew there weren't caustic chemicals seeping into the ground upon cleaning. Overall A+ experience and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone within their working radius.
