      image Dr Merola is truly a great physician. For this reason I can understand why he is very busy. I have followed him from his previous office and read various reviews that he has been the primary care for other patients for a very long time. He is often fully booked, but still takes the time to talk about any concerns I have during my appointment. I can understand how his scheduling may be behind as he has so many patients and takes his time with them. Please know this before going to this office. Great care, patience sometimes required.

      image Call center, most employees are verbally abusive & rude leo the nurse of dr hennry morola is rude & abusive to patients care, he doesn't listen to patients I've given my history shared the specialty drs i need for my health care leo never gets it done. Leo the nurse Douse not call back for scheduled phone appointments nor dose management call back to rectify office dr problems, bottom line I could mention multiple problems and abusive behavior treatment, don't go to this place!!!
