        If you have Harvard Pilgrim STAY AWAY from this company. You will end up paying out of pocket. Their customer service is horrible. Their billing is farmed out to some joke of a company in Florida.

        just got a bill for $ 2,064.88 for a procedure 16 months ago! This place is unbelievable! Called my insurance company and they said that Greater Boston Anesthesia Assoc were prohibited from balance billing me! I should never have been billed at all!! I am sure they would send me to collections if i hadnt taken the hour out of my saturday morning to figure this out. Outrageous!!
