I am a patient at Boston Health Care and i have to say, after all the years i've been a patient here i didnt want to complain about this but the FRONT DESK SECRETARY WITH THE ACCENT is the rudest woman i've ever spoken to in my entire life and she literally ruins my day everytime i have to call here to speak with someone. She is belittling, she cuts you off when you're in the midst of speaking, she doesnt say thank you or have a nice day, she has absolutely no manners whatsoever and shes been working here for so long. Why hasnt this woman been fired yet?! She acts like anything you ask her to do is wayyy too much to ask. I cant stand it anymore

I was a patient here a few years ago and received excellent care from my provider, Matt. Due to some personal issues and COVID, I began seeing another provider. Due to an insurance issue, it became necessary for me to find another provider for psych services. The office got back to me very quickly and answered all of my questions. They also said that I could return as a patient. Anyone that has searched for a provider knows it can be difficult, so I am thankful for Boston Healthcares quick response and willingness to help me obtain the services I need. I see that others have had difficult experiences, but I highly recommend Boston Healthcare and I have never been treated with anything but respect and have always had positive experiences here.

This place is a joke, worst therapy Ive received in 5 years, had to get a new therapist because the old one always had her camera off and the most I heard from her was yeah and thats exciting, both therapists where always an hour late and would sometimes cancel the appointment after it had supposed to have started

I have been seeing NP Matthew Peculis for nearly 4 years and he has been wonderful. The help he has provided has been incredible - hes always patient and kind, never judgmental - and he put in so much effort to get me on the right medication so that I could be happy and productive in my life. The office staff is always friendly, whether on the phone or in person. Ive also had past (life changing) interactions with David Stanford elsewhere, and was tremendously happy to bump into him in the waiting room recently. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their mental health.
