I was just locked out of my house and it was the best experience, very affordable, and also the guy is extremely friendly and outgoing.

He stood us up. Our Key would not turn in our car. Our Mechanic suggested we contact a locksmith so we called Bayview. The locksmith let us know it would be a while as he had jobs ahead of us. So we sat and waited for 7 hours with our two children. When I called or text we were ignored. I assumed that he was on a job and that is why my call was rejected. Finally we called from another number only to be told that his car broke down earlier in the day and he couldn't come out. How inconsiderate! We are not home and live 20 miles from here. If he had the courtesy to call and let is know we could have called someone else but everyone is closed now! It's Friday night and now I am stuck with my two children trying to find a way home. He was not going to call us. We had to call from another number to get him to answer otherwise the call was rejected.
