Very responsive and professional. I appreciated the fact that John Michael not only helped us choose an affordable charging unit, but he was also honest in his suggestion about where to place the EV Charger to save us money. Because of our experience, we asked him to install NEST thermostat (this involved moving the existing one to a new location) and we will bring him back a third time to install electric baseboard heaters in our in-law apartment. I highly recommend JML Electric. Basically, I searched Google for an electrician near me...I live in Stoneham. I found JML with great reviews and connected with John the owner. My outside breaker had corrosion on one side so only partial power powering only small things....hot water heater didn't work, hvac did not work and many other things that require a lot of electricity could not power on. The breaker was over 20 years old so not easy to find. No one had one in stock. Well John worked a miracle and was able to locate a new one and saved me hundreds at the same time. He also replaced an outside outlet. John, JML was totally responsive via calls and texts even over the weekend! I am a tough customer to please, but John really exceeded my expectations...no wonder why he has many great views - add me to the list! Thank you JML. Out of all the electricians that I interviewed John was the only one that would explain things to me in great detail. The others even said to me that they were not here to educate me... John answered all my questions and maid sure I understood the reasons why things had to be done a certain way. Thank you John for treating my like a person first. John was fantastic throughout the entire process of getting our EV charger placed in our garage. His estimate was very competitive and his quality of work was excellent. We can't say enough about our positive experience. As a matter of fact, we are going to have him do some more work on our home.
