Stay as far away as you can if you are a Veteran!! They paid for VA care at the same hospital 4 times the 5th time they asked for a receipt which I submitted and then they asked for an explanation of benefits. It had been 4 months at least since the service at the Hospital and they shut off my card. Shame on Sentinel Group for treating Vets this way. I will contact my Congressman and the Mass Attorney General along with my HR Department so their disappointing practice can be addressed.
DO NOT USE SENTINAL GROUP!!!!!!!!
Follow up to my review. I called to pay my $38 payment which they declined but approved on multiple occasions in the past from the same provider. I could not pay the $38 over the phone so my card is still locked out. I have to send them a check through mail. Hopefully I don't need any life saving meds before the $38 check clears. Over the years with Sentinel Group I have left over $400 dollars in unused benefits with them.

My experience is good with Sentinel Group, they go out of their way to make my request happen.
