    I called Dr. Kosta looking for a Concierge Doctor I could really talk to. I asked if they were accepting new patients The assistant told me "Yes absolutely," and that he would call back soon with a Zoom meeting. (The only thing I revealed was my age and a concern about blood pressure) A week later I got a form letter saying Dr Kostas had mysteriously rejected me. . I called back and asked the assistant if they were accepting new pattients and he said "Yes absolutely." Then I told him my name and he began to squirm. I asked why Dr. Kostas, had rejected me The assisant said curtly "I am not going any details.. I wrote this all out on google . Dr, Kostos only had to call me and apologize and taken steps to "RIGHT THE WRONG that he had done to me, by talking to me for a few minutes and showing some care and concern. Instead he dropped into highly defensive behavior. He figured out how to take down all his google reviews mine include. What I got from his was about as far away from Concierge Medicine as possible. I had placed my life in Dr Kostas hands, and had gone a week with high blood pressure meds and all I got was a form letter suggesting I go to an emergency room.ps. I don't wish to tarnish the doctors brand or harm his practice. I would like a sincere heartfelt apology on zoom call as well as the chance to ask a few questions

    It's on here. Don't go. Sounded unhinged the Dr. Insisted I fill out forms before he would speak about accepting new patients or not. I refused and he called me back and started saying people were out to "hurt" him and he had to have my info before speaking. It was completely bizarre. I actually thought he was having some kind of breakdown and called medical board in Boston to report him. Don't go. Just don't.

    I was a little skeptical at first because I had used a different video call doctor service once in the past, and it ended up being a total waste of money, but to my delight, Enhanced Medical Care Boston really came through. I was able to have my prescription refilled after a quick and easy medication management meeting with an awesome doctor who provided me with some good info about my Rx that I didn't know before even though I've been on it for a couple years. The entire process was so simple and convenient, and I will definitely continue to use Enhanced Medical Care Boston.

    I wanted to engage Enhanced Medical Care to help me with a medical issue.  Marilyn Chown, Founder and Owner of Enhanced Wellness Care was rude, insulting, negated my concerns and gave me incorrect medical information.  My husband is in the hospital with hyponatremia.  His sodium level is low and it was continuing to drop. At the time of our call, it was at 120.  Once it drops below 120 it is considered severe and can result in brain damage and death.  The concern for my husband was of a serious and urgent nature.  Marilyn negated my concerns and told me low sodium was "no big deal". She told me "if people have too much water in their body that they would urinate it out".  She told me "no one has ever died from having too much water in their system".  All three statements are incorrect.  Because I received this misinformation, I asked if she was a medical professional. I did not know at the time what her role was and thought maybe she was an administrative professional gathering information for Dr. Costa to call me back.  Marilyn became very angry.  She said she was a medical professional and listed her credentials and then asked if I was a medical professional, which I am not but I do understand the severity of my husband's condition and that was the reason for my call.  She proceeded to tell me that I had no idea what I was talking about.  She said that I was not an appropriate candidate for Dr. Costa and that their office would not want to work with "someone like me". Marilyn was rude and insulting.  She provided incorrect information and dismissed the seriousness of my concern.  No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially someone who is looking to engage services.
